Is there any BAPI or FM could be used for creating a new article purchasing info record in SAP Retail?

Consider using the following messages in this order:

Article Master - Purchase Info Record = INFREC

Article Master - Price Condition Record PB00 = COND_A

you are right. i have already droped to use BAPI and FM to upload PIR
