EMail notifications going to wrong recipient in ITSM

Hi,

We are repairing ITSM that was halfly configured, before.

While doing that, we created Action Profiles, definitions and conditions for email notifications to go to a particular DL, once the incident is raised, and to Message Processor, once he is assigned the incdent.

But in both the cases the mail is going to the Reporter.

I believe some of the earlier settings still remain, but am unable to figure that out.

How to do that?

Hi, Mohammad.

First of all check e-mail in BP of processor (may be while testing the previous team used one e-mail for all partners).

Also check action for the right partner function:
