Warnings occured while updating the EM Technical systems in LMDB in solman_setup

Hi Experts,

I have installed willy 9.1.5.0  version in my  solution manager it has installed successfully .

but when configure wily introscope into solman_setup basic configuration step 3.1

i click import existing installation & i have succesfully import wily introscope into my usr directory .

:\usr\sap\CCMS\apmintroscope  & then i gave admin password by using user management tab .

but when i click into save it giving some warning as show below.

Warnings occured while updating the EM Technical systems in LMDB :

EM Instance SOLMGR:6001 -> Cannot create Wily Technical System with name "U0442928220_6001_E__USR_SAP_CCMS_APMINTROSCOPE.SystemHome.solmgr" caused by : Instance already exists: SAP_ISEMServer.CreationClassName="SAP_ISEMServer",

why it give this error while didn't configure any wily introscope before .

and after above  warning Enterprise manger is offline as shown below .

please give me any solution to solve this error.

i stuck into this step. please help me...

Hi Sanjiv,

Could you please share IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log and check the status of Wily with command EMctrl.sh status

If possible try to restart the Introscope EM.

Please refer - 1900093 - Warning "Instance already exists" occurs while importing existing EM in Step 3.1 of Basic Configuration in Solution Manager 7.10

And for red status, make sure wily is running and share EM logs once.

Hi Divyanshu ,

Thanks for your reply I have check this note.

As per this " The warning message can be ignore & does not indicate or cause any issue.

but why red status I have check wily services it running working properly .

I also check port 8081 & 6001 also running I able to login into webview by using default user name & password .

I have also check em logs everything fine.

and enterprise manager & webView services is running state.

Hi Sanjiv,

Do two thing for now.

1st - Reset the Introscope cache on the solman java instance

goto http://solmaninstance:port/smd/Introscope?operation=shutdown

and recheck in solman_setup

2nd - Give me latest

em.log and IntroscopeEnterpriseManager.log

my solution manger host name is solmgr

which port i will use 8081,6001, 8000 or anyother

Hi All ,

My Issue has been resolved error " Enterprise manger is offline"

it is compatibility issue of introscope 9.1.5.0  with solution manager 7.1 SP 04

I read note  1868086 & 1565954 .

As per note 1868086  :Solution Manager 7.1 up to SP08 only support Introscope Enterprise Manager releases up to 9.1.0.x

because I am using  solution manger 7.1  SP04 . So i download 9.1.0.2 & installed.

then import & configure it solman_setup 3.1 again.

Now introscope status is green & online.
