SAP APO DP Key Figure Fixing at aggregate level

Business Scenario::

• Yearly Demand Planning process is Top-Bottom
  
• Ho marketing team will set the volume targets for next financial year at National Level.
• This will be copied to State Head Key Figure
• State Head will change the volume numbers at low level

Requirement:

State Head should be able to change the targets at low level but the aggregate total of his State should not be changed or it should remain equal to "State Level input from HO Marketing".

What we have tried:

A) Key Figure Locking ->

• HO marketing will lock state head key figure at aggregate (National Level) { As per standard it will lock figures or volumes at the detail level }
• State head will drill down at district level and unlock the district volumes which he/she wants to change.
• But this also unlocks the volume at Aggregate Level.

Hence this solution does not satisfy our requirement

B) Macro Function FIX_CAL() ->

• We are not able to make this macro work

Hi Amit,

Aggregation happens automatically. You can only restrict how disaggregation happens. Alternatively, you can create a new key figure and copy the data before inputting any values in the State Level and use that for reference.

FIX_CAL() does not work in this case.
