We have implemented MDG 6.1 in our ECC EHP6 landscape but we find the application to be too slow. We use SAP portal to access MDG and TREX for search indexing. We started with MDG 6.0 and were recommended to upgrade to 6.1. We did see a very slight improvement but from the end user perspective it is still too slow.
We are experiencing significant delays with MDG-Material. Examples of area’s where we are experiencing delays include loading the data entry screen after entering the plant (25 seconds on a white screen before the data is loaded), hitting check or approve, trying to add a note or an attachment to a change request. Is there any suggestions on how to improve these areas where we see performance delays? Has anyone experienced performance lags?
