Dear Folks,
I have been working on configuring email alert for managed system through Solman and I am have configured the Basic Preparation , System preparation , managed system configuration and technical monitoring but I am not able to get auto auto email alert for for my managed system . But I can trigger the email manually form Solman.
Please guide/help on this .

Please review the SAP note #1581460 attached. Please make
sure in Transaction SU01 that the SOLMAN_BTC user has a email ID, as it is the sender.
Also make sure Notification is set to active in Step 2.3 (Default settings) in Technical Monitoring setup
After adding the name to the recipient list you have to navigate to:
1: Template Maintenance. Then Select a Technical system and
then the MOT Select the template settings tab and ensure that there is
Use Global in the settings Tab.
In the Alerts tab select an alert and make sure it is active
2: Navigate to scope definition , select the system and go
to setup monitoring
3: Select the technical system and assign, "apply and
activate2 the template
