Maintain the RelationShips for Standard networks

Dear Experts,

Is there any way to maintain the relationships at a time for huge standard netoworks(like 100 ) .

I tried LSMW option too but couldn't get right solution .

Please suggest .

I am not sure, Have you tried creating a BDC... check with your abaper.
