We are upgrading to NW2004s (ABAP only)

<u><b>How to re-start the shadow instance?</b></u>

At this point, <b>anyway we cannot start the shadow instance.</b>

At SAPMMC, the disp+work

1) first show "running but the dialog queue standstill"

2) then show" running but not connected to the message server"

3) then the disp+work dies.

Above happens in 1 minute after re-start.

What is the Kernel level you are using. Try using kernel above 75.
