Transportation connection point

Dear Team member,

My requirement:-

Country of departure will be used as first country in the transportation route.

Country of destination will be used as a second country (which is the last country in the routing we do actually).

Customs want to have detailsed route information

Present route like DE ....and..... TR

But we want  DE- AT – HU – RO – BG - TR the details route which should come automatically.

§  My Route from Germany to Turkey needs to have 5 Stages:

1.     DE to AT

2.     AT to HU

3.     HU to RO

4.     RO to BG

5.     BG  to TR

And l need to create 6 Transportation Connection Points - one for each of those countries.

So what configuration needs to be done in R/3 ?

In IMG, configure the 6 transportation connection points. After which you can Specify these as route stages under a specified route.

Hi,

As the requirement of the Customs is to know the route just maintain the description of the Route as

DE- AT – HU – RO – BG - TR and the DE will be the Country code of your shipping point and the TR will be the Country key in the Customer Master Data and maintain the corresponding Route Determination.

The Other Country keys are not relevant for your Route since there is no other delivery is to be done for those country's as it is via through those points.

Hello SRK,

These transportation connection point is required in GTS system.

So I need to do some setting in R/3 so that it will come automatically all the route for Customs verification.

you can create 5 transporattion connection points and set them as stages in one route as you mentioned above.
