Hi Girish,
If you are using Saprouter to connect to your SAP system, First thing to check is whether you are able to access to your Saprouter.
Try to ping the Saprouter and see if you are able to connect.
Try and replace your system's hostname with IP and see if that does the Trick.
Also if you can paste the screenshot of SAP GUI Properties of the system your are trying to access.

Hi,
do you connect by using saprouter or not? could you check sap logon properties Saprouter String tab is empty ?
if your saporuter string tab is empty it means that you must be same network with sap system.
1.Try to ping server ip
2. telnet server server server ip 32XX -> xx is instance number, you can see sap logon properties

I believe you are using saprouter to connect to SAP.
Make sure this is up and running, host and service files are updated and ports for eg, 3299, are open.

Are you able to telnet port 3299 of your server from the client,as make sure port 3299 is opened for the server ? Also share dev_w0 log file and try to recheck the status of your server.
Addition to all check for the firewall at your end.
