Error : Error in refresh sheet

Getting an error : "Error in Refresh sheet" while opening templates... I have no idea what this error means..

Any help is appreciated...

Hi

- Try to create a new planning view and see if you see the same error from template.

- Check all the KF @REQUEST level ensuring that input to this planning level is marked correctly as stored or calculated

- Check HANA index log if you can see any clue to the error

Nothing works.. report SAP incident.

first 2 checka done and no issues...

We found the root cause...

Front end logs did indicate the issue

|ERROR|AnalyzerOne|FPMXLClient.AddIn.RefreshSheetWithScan|mamidk2|||||1|FPMXLClient.Common.FPMXLClientException: Error in refresh sheet ---> System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. ---> FPMXLClient.Common.ReportExecutionFailedException: Execution of Report NewPlanningView failed :  ---> FPMXLClient.Common.InvalidMemberException: Invalid member : Non-Revenue

One of our master data "Customer Channel" removed "Non-Revenue" value. Any new planning view or existing template...

Issue got finer after we maintained old master data... It sounds very very strange
