Auto Drop Picks

Hi All,

     I would like to be able to have the system automatically fulfill orders. I understand that there is configuration that can make this happen. Unfortunately I have not been able to find the proper information on how to configure the system to perform this action.

Any direction or advice would be well received.

Hello Deniel,

I am not sure whether you are looking for Automatic Picking or something else.

If it is Automatic Picking then follow the below steps.

1. Define Output Type EK00 using T-code V/38 or NACE.

2. Assign EK00 Output type and other output details in Shipping Point (Enterprise Structure > Definition > LE > Define Shipping Point).

3. Maintain Picking Confirmation = A All items without MM-WM transfer order subject to confirmat.  (Enterprise Structure > Definition > LE > Define Shipping Point).

4. go to to T-code VP01SHP > Choose picking list > Assign Divice/Printer

5. in Delivery Item category [OVLP] don't check relevant for picking.

Hi Prashant,

     I should have also stated that we are currently running 4.0b, this is the biggest issue for me.

The t-code VP01SHP does not exist on this release.

any ideas?

     Thank you for the previous information, but what I am looking for is how to set the vendor up so that an order will be automatically filled when that material is available. Is it per vendor or per sales order or...
