budget exhausted mail to person responsible

i have configured that when PR/PO value  exceeds by 90% mail to be triggered to person responsible. But  mail is getting generated for every line item.

suppose i have 10 items ,10 messages are being generated . I wanted to know from technical side which is the FM  generating this mail. from where are the contents of the mail generated. . the details of mail is as below

In Ntwk actvty 1000606 0002 , the assigned funds are less than budget for WBS element C/13-14/216.01 by 237.60 INR .

FM BP_CREATE_MAIL is used to compose the mail content . but i wanted to find FM which is triggering the mail for example SO_send _document etc

Please check details of alert mail. I mean from which Id mail is coming.

You can take help of Basis / Workflow consultant to check entries in SOST transaction and how configuration for receiving mail is done.
