Urgent Change SMHF. Import Transport Request (Online) - Task List Status 'Question'. What Does It Mean?

Hello Experts,

I'm wondering what exactly Urgent Change SMHF - Task List Status 'Question' means?

I'm trying to move SAP Standard Transaction SMHF (Urgent Change) from 'In Development' to 'To Be Tested'.

Somehow Transport Request can'be be moved from DEV to Q&A system, in the WEB GUI the Urgent Change keeps hanging for few minutes (and finally produces 'Connection Timeout' error), and it seems like nothing happened in the Task List, as it's still having 'Import Transport Request (Online)' with this 'Question Mark' Status.

Any ideas why it's like that?

Hi,

Check your trusted RFC if it is working fine from the solman system to managed system.

Check in /tmwflow/config_lock if the dgp is active then you need to set the warnings accordingly.

Please share the logs for the errors.

Hi,

Do you have DGP activated? If so, there might be conflicts which you have to ignore in the project cycle associated with your Urgent Change.

Check all RFC connections betweens systems from and to Solman.
