"Changed by" name missing in Change log Report

Hello Everyone

I am trying to retrieve change history on a role through the Change log report in Audit Reports section. The system shows all the change information on the role. However, the "changed by" section is blank.

After a bit more investigation I found that the GRC change log report does not capture and display the name of the person if the person's SAP ID is deleted in the GRC system. Have anyone else encountered similar issues and is there any way to capture the "changed by" person name even if the ID is deleted from system ?

Hi Dinesh,

do you have activated parameter 1008 (Role log changes) in SPRO?

Yes. That's been activated. We can see all the change log events related to the role change. However, the name of the person who made the change is missing and is blank. Thanks

thanks - I cannot find either a OSS note nor an example in my system. Best might be to raise an incident to SAP.
