How to delete export file?

HI Experts,

I have created export file in Quality system of PI by mistake. I want to delete that file , How can I do it without help of BASIS person.

I dont want that file imported in production in future.

Hi Ranju,

If your PI is a dual system you can use the ABAP function EPS_DELETE_FILE. Don't forget to mark the Uppercase/lowercase check and to be very careful.

If you have access to the operating system, go to <path of the SAP PI system>/SYS/global/xi

There you have both the ESR and ID import and export folders

Than I guess you need to contact the BASIS team and ask them to remove the file(s).

Perhaps try reaching the file(s) using transaction AL11

Could you please tell , Where u created the file , if not in AL11? how u created ?

If you created in AL11,it should appear ?

• ask to configure AL11 properly or try doing it yourself
• contact the BASIS team to remove the file(s)
