Customer uplaod using I doc or BAPI

I expecting help from your side and please help me to upload the customer master following different view.

1.Extend the created customer to sales area:

Hi Dinesh,

Please check the BAPI_CUSTOMER_CREATEFROMDATA1 should be good for you, else u can use BDC standard RFBIDE00
