need to change output from a spool to an output type and email or fa x it

Hi friends,

We currently are using direct output in our Customer Statements program (ZDATSTAU). We have been requested to change from paper Statements to either <b><b>emailing or faxing</b></b> them. we need to change the output from a <b>spool to an ‘output type’.</b> Can any one help me on this.....
