Hi Expert ,

I have installed wily Introscope 9.1.5.0 for my solution manger 7.1 on window server 2012 64 bit.

Its successfully installed but I can't start service of Introscope Enterprise  Manger .

it giving error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely  fashion.

Please find the attached screen shot for your kind reference.

please give me any solution it very urgent for me.

Hi Experts,

My issue has been resolved ..

There is some issue in system Variable PATH .

I have set jre PATH in system Environment Variables & service started successfully.

Yes you could raise an SAP OSS message for same issue and provide the relevant logs for analysis at SAP Support end.

Launching a JVM...
INFO   | jvm 1    | 2014/11/17 12:12:56 | java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/tanukisoftware/wrapper/WrapperSimpleApp

From the above note please check if files ServiceWrapper.jar and ServiceWrapper.dll are present in folder lib and confirm the presence for the files.

yes these file are present in this directory ...

if I raised message to OSS then will SAP Provide solution for the same ??

Could you please refer SAP Note  1273028 - Introscope 8 Release Notes

with point 2 and 3.If possible share EMService.log

Issue could be related with your OS as well,try to share logs mentioned above.
