MDG-F 7.0 Edition Usage

Hi everyone,

For those editions that were created and used in CR change request process, when they are finished with their mission, we would like to hide them from the screen. If they are appearing still, they can be selected by another User and used in any new change request. that is something we would like to prevent it from happening. Does anyone know how to make ever-used Edition disappear or hidden from the screen? Any idea?

Hi Luo,

Change the status of the used edition to released. The released edition hence cannot be used.

Hi Luo,

If the processing of the edition is completed for all the change request that you have processed, just release that edition. Once the edition is released, it will not be available for selection.

Make sure that you complete all the processes of Change request for the edition that you want to release before you release the edition.
