NWDS does not start

NWDS does not start since Tuesday.

We have testst new kernel release (7xx), but going back to old release (622) because of other Problems.

But since then NWDS does not start. Only Windows with errorcode is shown (attached), but: JVM has not changed, path is correct.

Andy idea?

NWDS SP10 PAT05 on NW 7.3 SP10 (last patches) with JVM 6_72 64bit, for NWDS the matching part in 32 bit on Windows 7 SP1, 8GB RAM

Thanks for help, NWDS is still running now... downloadfile was corrupted, we have downloaded sap jvm more than twice, now it works...

I have be just informed that Windows updates were going live, also on this Server. Maybe here is a Problem?

put following parameter in your SapNetweaverDeveloperStudio.ini

-VM

C:/jdk1.6x86/bin/javaw.exe

Parameter ist set to the right path:

-vm

D:\usr\sap\sapjvm_6\bin

There is the 32 bit SAPJVM, path is set from sap consultant at installation.... since then we used it so and updates it regular.

your nwds is installed on server side?

are  you sure that jdk is 32bit?

with exe another error is shown:

Error loading: <PATH>\server\jvm.dll (Invalid access to memory location)

Yes, ist 32bit and ist installed on "Server" side because we have development Server on local Maschine.

no need to use sap jdk, just install a normal one from oracle.

consultant from SAP make it so... and it works since years... but i just will check the other option with "normal" jdk...
