not able to delete sales order from MD04 screen

Hi,

I created a sales order for a material when the availability check was 01 in the material master in MRP3 view. due to this sales order appearing as blank item in MD04. Now I changed the availability check to 02 in material master. but in MD04 I am not able to delete or change the old sales order. I am getting below error.

Guide me how to delete this sales order...

Goto VA02 enter the sales order and delete or put reason for rejection and please note if there is any subsequent document is created for this sales order that is also first you need to delete.

I am not able to see the sales order number.in the MD04 screen. it showing as blank. Kindly advice what to do.

In MD04 if you click on customer then system will show you the customer number.

goto VA05 and enter the customer and take the open order created for this customer again if there are more open sales orders are created for this customer then you need to sellect the order based on the date of creation of the order by comparing the MD04.
