Instance availability and Host details are in Gray status.

Hi,

in the system monitoring tab in the technical monitoring i am unable to see the details of Instance availability and Host details.

When i checked check data collection  i am getting errors like

Configuration XML 7.01.02.20141113090155 likely did not reach the agent . Agent XML:

No values reported: data provider GetProcessList, data provider type PUSH_GENERIC

No measured values were ever calculated.

I followed the steps as per the note

.1854525 - "Configuration XML <nbr> likely did not reach the agent" - Solution Manager 7.10

But still it is not working for me.

Kindly suggest on this,

I am currently on Solman 7.1 SP12

Hi

Can you after completing steps, did you apply & activate  Tech Mon for affected MO?

Also did you look at Note 2057141?

Thank you. Once i applied this note most of the Gray symbols are vanished.

We have similar issue and as per your suggestion, applying SAP Note 2057141 worked for me.

Hi,

As i checked already

as per the 1855064 note we need to install the web dispatcher.

But my solman dont have any more dialog instances. so  in the step System Preparation step Configure Web Dispatcher step

we done the config without web dispacther.
