Line missing in Sales order schedule line

Hi,

In sales order schedule lines, I think I am missing one line. Not sure why. Is it normal, I think we should get 2 schedule lines here?

Please refer below screens. Any clue?

In availability screen buttons are missing -

Can you please check, if the item is in reason for rejection.

Hi,

Check the requested delivery date in the document which is in the past 09.01.2014.

I did check that prior to posting this thread.

Normally I have see two schedule lines one with 0 confirmation and other with confirmed quantity and both CS schedule line categories and PR number/item number appears in both lines.

Not sure why it is behaving in different way. Also not sure if I press availability button I see only one Continue button. Which is not the case in other client.

Please check once again in VOV6 for CS if there is any availability check field is active. And what is the status of the sales order ( any credit blcok) etc?

In CS, availability check box not ticked. Still I get single schedule line.

Also in availability screen only single button Continue coming.

Button in other systems I get like Continue, Delivery proposals etc.

Did you check the document status if there is any credit block?

Sorry in my above post it is relevant when the schedule line is CP (in which availability field check is ticked).

where as in your case it is CS so in standard the availability check field is not ticked in VOV6 for CS.

And more important in CS system does not check our inventory hence stock issue will not come in 3rd party sales.

As per my guess in your case in VOV6 for the CS the field availability check is ticked hence system performing the availability check even for the 3rd party items.

In OVZ9 check what is it maintained in field "Check without RLT" i assume in your case it is ticked hence system not confirming any future date.

If you keep this field blank then system will try to confirm the stock in future date by considering the RLT then you will see two schedule lines.

Hi,

We can see Purchase requisition created for the Schedule line.

Check for Item category and create a PO for the PR and check the complete cycle.
