X.509 digital certificate information

Dear Experts,

We are sending payment files  to concern Bank by using FTPS server.

now we got the requirement as below.

X509
certificate from CA to digitally signed the payment files prior to
encryption.

we need to sign the file with digital signature using X.509 CA from our PI system.

we have already installed X.509 CA . But I am not sure, how to sign it.

so could you please anybody provide the further information how we can sign  "digital sign of file".

thanks for the information. I have gone through it. But in my case, I need the information on how to provide the parameters value in x.509 channel configuration.
