no auth for creationg crm task - in technical administration wc

IT task management setup

I have followed this note and even gave myself sap_all and sap_new , but also

SAP_TASK_INBOX_ALL_COMP as per note mentioned - 1825634

SAP_TASK_PLANNING_ALL_COMP   -

I made sure about auth object   SM_TP_AUTH and b_userstat for SMOT0001

thus in my opion it should be enough ?  but i am still getting a auth error for creating operational tasks ?

and when trying to schedule in SA38 TP_SCHEDULER ?

Error - You do not have relevant authorization to create CRM task

The Trace shows nothing and the auth check  - nothing

we have sp 710 0010

Any ideas please ?

Hello Carla, the described error message will appear if in DNO_CUST04 the entry SMOT to field GPTASKS_TYPES is missing. Please check/follow all configuration steps described in SAP note 1825634. best regards Jens

hm, in the web dynpro work centers a lot gets buffered. Did you after  doing/changing the configuration logged of from the work center and closed all browser windows ?

Oh, just by intuition I had a second look to your screen shot - the paramater correctly is GPTASKS_TYPES - not GPTASK_TYPES 😉
