Not Able to Open Message Mapping in SAP PO

Hi Gurus,

We have got a single stack SAP PO system (7.31). We have installed the latest version of NWDS (version7.31) . While trying to open Message mapping/Operation mapping, we are getting exception. As per to the previous thread, it is advised to bring the patch level of PO and NWDS to same level.

The PO system is at SP1 and the NWDS is at SP13. The latest available patch for PO is SP7. Could you please tell,if the PO system needs to be patched, and if yes, then to which service pack level?

Or do we have to install NWDS of lower patch level?

Hi Ashwin,

You can downgrade Path Level for NWDS as mentioned by Hareesh.

You should also raise an OSS with SAP to ensure this is the only reason for this issue and everything is compatible with each other.

Please install the nwds of lower patch level.

I don't think so. we have SP13 for 7.31 and SP08 for 7.4
