SQ01 is the Tcode for sap query.
Your question is not very clear, I try to immagine what you need:
if you want to assign a Z tcode to a query then:
1) find out the query program name: in SQ01 select the query, and find out this menu path: query->more functions->display report name
2) take the program name that will sound like AQZZ/SAPQUERY/reportname
3) goto SE93 and create your own tcode that runs the program above.
