Insufficient Memory

Hi,

an end-user gets an error message about insufficient memory when he ttys opening the SAP BusinessObjects Mobile BI app on his iPad.

the memory on his iPad is:

Capacity: 27.7 GB

Available: 13.5 GB

Has any one come across this issue before?
