Hi Experts,
Currently we have our SRM system integrated with ECC HR system, where Employee replication happens through batch jobs on daily basis.
In our current system some of replications are successful where as some are failing.
From my end am trying to find the root cause of these failures. My question is why some of employee replications are successful and why not others? What is that missing for the failed ones(When everything seems to be same when we check in ECC PA20 T-code).We are not bothered about Non-EE case as we have few restrictions for them to replicate to SRM. In case of regular employees we are seeing many failures.
If any of you came across these kind of issues can you please share me your thoughts/observations on this which will be very helpful for my analysis.
Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Kalyani
HI Kalyani
Please see if these are new users OR old users where you are trying to update the data for the users ?
There are a lot of things which may influence integration between HR system and SRM system. You have to make sure that all organizational units are transported with the addresses (Country, City and Postal Code); also check in customizing Country regions, they have to be one and the same in HR and in SRM;also check employee data infotype 0105 (any erros in the definition of the address and email address) and if user IDS are created in SRM, they should also have user master record created in HR system.
Check the errors as below :
1. You might be able to see error like this in WE02 or BD87 in the IDOcs which failed to get posted ..
We02
51 Application document not posted HR: ALE inbound processing for HR mas
2. Try to run the BBP_BP_OM_INTEGRATE for that org unit and check if the BP number gets generated
3. HRALXSYNC for the user and it will tell you integration details
4. Check in SLG1 as well for the reported errors

Hi Kalyani,
What error do you see in SRM for the failed one, is the replicated Idoc failed and what are the errors in the idoc?
Thanks,
Surender

Hi,
Are you using SRM@ERP one client scenario?
If so, please refer to the following doc:
http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-49702
If not, you have to check settings in table T77S0(according to note 550055) and check the idoc with t-code we05 to see if there is any error in it. The error should be checked by HR side first.
Best regards,
Ivy

Hi
you have to check all the errors in BD87 in srm system .
there are many examples
1. Region Code may not be sync with HCM to SRM
2. BP may not be created in SRM for User
3. employee may be detach in SRM Org.
4.Many personal data are mandatory IT1,It2,IT6 subtype 1,IT105
5.DOB valid
6.gender data
7. position changes in HCM and this changes may not be available in SRM
yo need to do detail analysis of all failure and sort out all the issues
