JNP file URL error

I was going through this link:

But when I trying to execute this I am getting this error:

Please try this URL. It does does not have the SSO in it. Just add your server name and port.

http://host:port/rep/start/repository.jnlp

It could be related to these functionalities being removed by SAP. See note #1711728 Removal of Hidden menus and Developer mode in ESR.
