How to become a SAP Trainig Center

Hi everybody,

The company I run provides different IT classes for anyone who wants to specialize in an IT domain: php programmer, java programmer etc. We want to extend our business to SAP Basis trainings. How can we become a SAP Approved Training Center? What software licenses do we need? Is there a free software license for SAP which I can install it on my personal computer and use it for learning and training purposes?
