GRC AC 10 PSS Error "User is locked"

Hi Expert,

We are using the PSS functionality. I have 1 question registered in SPRO and I have registered another question using "user defined questions"in My Home work area. I tried to reset the password using "Reset Passowrd" opiton. Clicking  on the Next button I am getting the error "user is locked". Please see the screen attached. I checked both at back end  and the GRC systems the user id is not locked. I am not sure what is the reason.

a. Is this a normal behavior if a user forget his correct answer for the registered question, the user will be locked.

b. how GRC Administrator can unlock the user if similar issue faced by other end user.

Any comment or suggestion will be of great help.

Dear Kailash,

in the PSS global configuration settings you can defined after how many failed attempts the user gets locked out from PSS. Please see the setting in SPRO > GRC > AC > User Provisioning > Maintain Password Self Service.

I am facing same issue in my system GRC 12. I have even followed the steps in the note but still error persists.

Can you please help?
