Error while entering decision code in quality inspection

Hi ,

While doing quality inspection in  quality inspection work center ("/scwm/qinsp") , when i try to enter a decision code for the inspected quantity , I am getting an error saying " Unable to create the element; check configuration"

When i click on the error to view details, system exits from the quality work center. I have checked all the configs according to the link mentioned below :

However the error still persists. Any help will be much appreciated.

Hi Karthik,

Please define the following set of customizing for Quality Inspection-

1. Define Item Types (For all the IOT's you have customized)

2. Define Number Ranges for Item Types.

3. Mention the same Item types in "Warehouse dependent Activation of IOT".
