I noticed that SMP 3.0 SP04 adds a lot of new security features for Agentry that supposedly enable SSO. Is it possible to bypass the login screen with these new SSO features? I specifically want to bypass the login screen in the iOS and WPF clients.

It is not currently possible to use True SSO with the Agentry Clients. The clients need a username and password.
