Files Not getting delivered in SFTP channel

Hi All ,

We have a scenario where the proxy message coming from BW system , should split into to files and get delivered to the SFTP location .

The issue that we are having is although we have success message in channel monitoring that both the files are getting processed , only 1 file is generating on the SFTP location .

There is no failure in the channel , no error in RWB but we are not able to see the 2nd file on SFTP location

However , if we keep the 2nd Channel closed before the proxy trigger in BW and open the channel only after the mssg is processed in moni , we can see both the files .

So we can see the both the files only if the channel is closed before the trigger , but if the channel is already open both the channels shows files are generated but only one file is getting generated .

Guys thanks for the pointers , actually in the integration scenario , the checkbox (runtime) was not checked and was creating issue .once that is identified the issue got resolved

Hi Hareesh ,

In Interface determination the maintain order at runtime checkbox was not checked

That is just to maintain the order(EOIO). Not sure if that is root cause of your initial problem.

Anyway thanks for sharing.

Hi Abhisek,

Have you check that the file is not getting stuck in its output queue?

Have you checked the Maximal Concurrency in the Processing tab (Configuring the SFTP Receiver Channel - SAP NetWeaver Process Integration, secure connectivity add-o...)?, have you tried to increase it?

Regards.

Hi Inaki ,

I dont think that concurrency is possible in SFTP receiver channels , it is a part of FTP receiver channels .

Plus , the receiver communication channel always shows that the file is getting generated but file doesn't create in target location .

But When we close the channel and on again , the file is showing in target SFTP location

How are you generating the file name? Did you see if it overwriting ?

Try changing the directory and observe the behavior.
