Is there a problem if the version of SQL Server 2008 Standard is migrated
to a SQL Server 2008 Enterprise. A production database. That would have problems.

The correct information is:
Yes, SAP Business One supports SQL Server 2008 Enterprise.
By default, Business One ships the SQL Standard Edition.

The media(/smp/downloads) itself comes with Enterprise Edition.
How did you install a standard one?

As far as I know only the MSSQL Enterprise edition is supported by SAP and not sure how you were able to setup a system on a Standard edition.

If this is a new installation then I would re-install the SAP system with the supported edition (Enterprise) of MSSQL. I believe there is a possibility to do an edition upgrade on MSSQL. You may try that and see if it helps.
