Hello All,

could you please help with the below alerts?

1. Critical Amount of Diagnostic Agents for Technical System Monitoring unavailable.

2. Critical Amount of Diagnostic Agents for Root Cause Analysis unavailable.

3. qRFC Errors.

4. Undefined Exception in Dianostic Agent.

what do i have to check?, how to fix the alerts?

Hi Alejandro,

1. Critical Amount of Diagnostic Agents for Technical System Monitoring unavailable.

T-code SM_WORKCENTER -> SAP Solution Manager Administartion(tab) -> Infrastructure . Then

Choose Agent Framework

Look for agents which have red status. Start them if stopped or restart them

or

Login to agent administration console , URL would be .Look for offline agents and restart them.

http://hostname:port/smd/AgentAdmin

2. Critical Amount of Diagnostic Agents for Root Cause Analysis unavailable.

Same as above.

3. qRFC Errors.

Tcode SMQ1 and SMQ2 check for failed queues.

4. Undefined Exception in Dianostic Agent.

Same as first.
