What is the best way for SAP to recognize when a PO number has been used twice? We have problems duplicating PO's. The system has a pop up window but it flashes so quickly and then lets you proceed to enter. We are trying to figure out an additional way so that PO's are less likely to be duplicated.
I think there is some Configuration in the system as suggested by Lakshmipathi where we can convert that warning message to an Error one. That would stop your processing for sure!

The system gives us a quick yellow warning message at the bottom of the screen, but we can get interrupted in the middle of entering an order and keying as fast as we do miss the warning because the system allows you to hit Enter and go right on. There needs to be like 2 warning signals or something so we stop duplicating orders.
Any more suggestions?
