Loading of ‘SAPVIEW’ ABAP import package: ERROR on ECC6 EPH7 Windows 2012 MSSQL SERVER 2012

I am in the import phase of a SAP Migration test and having errors on  SAPVIEW APAB import stage. It is the final Import stage for me. Unfortunately i can't proceed until i resolve this.  I am running this SAP Migration on OS: Windows Server 2012 and Database: MS SQL SERVER 2012 Enterprise.

Here is a stripped down version of my  IMPORT_MONITOR.Log File from where the error started

Please go through this note. it might be resolve this issue.
