Well,

I do not know the complexity of your system, but let me explain for one case:

  • Right click on Connections, and then New
  • Description, the name of the connection
  • Advanced Tab, turn expert Mode on
  • conn=/H/SERVER_IP/S/32nn (Replace the nn with the Instance Number.)
  • Save

-----

You can prepare a file with connections and define it in:

  • File>>Preference>>Configuration>>Logon >> Configuration File

You file would something like:

SYSTEM A:conn=/H/IP_A/S/32nn

SYSTEM B:conn=/H/IP_B/S/32nn

SYSTEM C:conn=/H/IP_C/S/32nn

After that, your connection would appear in your Connections Menu

Anyway, there is more than that.

SAP GUI for Java 7.30 Documentation (downloadable version)

SAP GUI for Java Configuration Generator Scripts

(These scripts may be very useful to make use of existing connections to generate the necessary files for connection).

SYSTEM A:conn=/H/Router_IP/S/3299/P/password/H/IP_A/S/32nn

Please check the documentation, in which you can find detailed explanation and examples regarding connection syntax.
