Hi experts,
we use ITSM in SAP Solution Manager 7.1 SPS10. We have created some business partners with identical mail address (functional mail address). The reporter is a mandatory field. Now we get a problem of finding mail address when we save the incident - see attached file. Is it critical if same mail address is used in more than one business partner?
The action is successfully completed for all other business partners.

Hello Helmut,
Identical email address should not be a problem. Could you please check for error messages in transaction SOST? and post the error messages? Is SCOT -> SMTP node configured correctly?
