GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED error while deleting users in SU01/SU10

Former Member

Hi,

I am getting runtime error GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED while deleting users in su01/su10. All the GRC config are maintained. I also checked SAP NOTE 1865606 but it not relevant to us as we are already on SP 06 for GRCPINW. I am also attaching the error screen shots. If any one has any ideas, kindly share.

Regards,

Deepak

please try to do following

1. assign system admin role to users who is deleting the user

2. unassigned user from role owner

3. check user inbox if request is pending

4. remove cost center for user

5 if you get same error send SU53 screen print

Hi Arif

Why are you making this recommendation? Am not criticising but curious when the ST22 short dump looks at a assignment error and makes comment about the Risk Terminator check. Your steps seem to cover a heap of scenarios of data, security and I'm not sure what else.

do you have risk terminator configured on your plug in system?

Yes It's configured. But it is not working after upgrading the system to EHP7. Earlier it was working. we are also checking this issue.

Delete the entries made for user exit. remove Risk terminator configuration.

from both Pluig and GRC System

Hi Prasant

Are you recommending removal of functionality (that they might want) as a temporary measure to resolve or permanent solution?

I would assume that they need to search for a corrective note or raise incident with SAP since their functionality was working before an enhancement pack in the plug-in system. It does, however, seem the focus should be on fixing Risk Terminator and more than likely the issue in this thread will be resolved (root cause appears to be RT).

Yes Colleen,

this is required to check few things.

If it works , after that i would like to know the Version of system.

Whats was Plug-in version and what is plugin version now.

Whats was NW Version then and what is now.

Then i can suggest permanent fix.

Prasant
