Hello Experts,

Good day..!

Our client has come up with challenging requirement to fulfill their day to day operation.

Requirement Brief:- Our Client is Manufracturer of Steel where they do manufracure and sells acroos all over corner.  Requirement is they are going to Introduce a new product, and this product go with packing materials and will come back to client place after unloading goods at customer place.

This product is just like support product to uplift heavy material of steel.

Key points :-

1. A product will go with packing materials (packing material need to deduct from inventory-PGI)
2. This material counted on Pieces and will not charge customer.
3. Customer will return the material after un loading at site.
4. No price should be carry out
5. No financial transaction will be carried out
6. Inventroy Need to be update automaticall when support product goes out & comes in.
7. Pls suggest me a Sales cycle
8. also do let us know master data set up and configuration : required to calculate cost of enhancement

Request you to kindly assist me on above posible way to determine in standard SAP.

Hi,

May be  this can be covered under Returnable packaging scenario

you send the material with packing and the customer returns the packing material after unloading

if the customer fail to return back the packing material you bill the customer for the same.

Pick up Sales Document type LA   order-PGR(if returned) Issue document type - LN  order-delivery-Billing(if not Returned special stock indicator- V
