Removal of Multiple Constraints

Hello Everyone,

                 I was trying to added a new milestone into the network using (CN22) and confirm it. The constraints on different milestones are not allowing me to make the necessary changes. I wanted to know if there is a way to remove all the constrains together or do I have to remove them 1 by one1 from each milestone. I know there is a easy way to do that but I just dont know the way. Hope someone can help me out with this.

Check CN25 and CN29, CN27 if helpful for network confirmation and CNF reversal case.

Hi Shashank,

Yes, You can remove constraint of multiple activities in one shot, follow below steps

1. Code CN22

Enter Network No & select activity overview

Select “Total” TAB

You can see constraint column just after system status column,

Remove it FOR ALL ACTIVITIES (as per your requirement)

Save the network

Hey,

            I tried using CN22 and I was able to remove the finish constraint but I could not remove the start Constraints. There Is no option of keeping the start constraint blank.

Please try CNMASS, here you can select Milestones and the fields you want to update.

Hey,

           I tried using CNMASS but I could not remove dates for confirmed  milestones. Nor could I remove the constraints.
