Inspection restriction for particular customer

I am trying to see if there is a way in which we can identify a particular customer on SAP and place a QC outgoing inspection restriction to make sure that orders can only shipped once they are approved by the Quality department

Hi Ethan,

You can add a type 10 inspection for the material(s), and set up QM/SD info records to prevent the post goods issue from occurring without a completed inspection lot. Info records for other customers can be set to suppress creation of an inspection lot altogether, or allow PGI without UD as needed.
