Integration of Solman Charm with BMC Remedy for Change Management

I want to integrate the Charm in Solman with 3rd Party Tool BMC Remedy for Change Management.

Based on this integration,all change request status has to be replicate/synchronized in both Solman and Remedy

Please let me know the steps or guide available to follow.

Hi Ambarish,

Above link provide information for Service Desk integration of Incident Management.

But I required for integration of change management.

Also Incident Management is already integrated without third party tool like arslink,hence expecting the same for change management integration without tool like arslink.
