No customer classific. price in SO

Dears,

I encountered a issue with no customer classific. price in SO.

I asked our ABAPer to add the customer classific. into KOMK table, then I created a condition table as Sales Org./Channel/Customer Classific. /Material to be used in price access sequence.

I created a price via VK11 for customer classific. A5 but when I created a SO with customer for A5 type, system issued no price available.

I used the analysis condition to check the issue and found there was no customer classific. available .

Can anyone advise there's anything wrong with my process or Customer Classific. cannot be used for price determination?

Hi,

Any newly added field in pricing that condition type will not be determined into sales document because the newly added field in pricing will not be identified in sales document to make it identify we need to develop new user exit

User exit: USEREXIT_PRICING_PREPARE_TKOMK

Move field KNA1-KUKLA to TKOMK-KUKLA

You can find a user exit to fill this field going through:

Sales and Distribution -> System Modifications -> User Exits -> User Exits For Price Determination -> (Documentation Icon)
