Is there any way to submit a secatt script to run in background? I'm using ECC 5.00.
No, unfortunately there isn't. The reason is that some eCATT commands - most significantly the SAPGUI command - <i>must</i> run in the foreground because they require resources that are part of the SAP GUI itself. If you tried to run these scripts as part of a background job, your job would crash.

I am not getting the option to run in foregound in UI Control tab?
Please advise, Is there any why in settings ?
