oracle backup not running

Hello All,

The incr backup had been running everyday automatically. Suddenly it is not rnning today.

No issues with TSM.

Could you please let me know how to proceed.

Hi,
Please send the backup log, maybe some error occured this time.
Do you use db13 transaction code for backup? If there are error you can find them in there.

It depends on how the backup is scheduled. If the backup is scheduled from DSMC then check the logs created by that. If the backup is scheduled from the crontab then check where the logs are created by the script.

DSMC is used . how to start it.

You can query the DSMC scheduler and check the scheduled backups and start them manually from the OS level.
